Product Packaging

We are passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly products. That's why every Crystal & Co item is carefully gift-wrapped in its own custom printed cotton bag or cardboard box without plastic (except when absolutely necessary). We use a variety of strong-but-beautiful boxing options, ensuring all of our packaging is natural, recyclable, compostable or reusable. Find out more about our product packaging here

 

Order Processing Time

Your beautiful piece/s will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. If there is any additional delay for any reason, then we will notify you asap via email.

Domestic & International Delivery times

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Please contact us if you have not received it within 4 days of placing your order - sometimes it gets lost in cyberspace!

Domestic (Australia) delivery time with Australia Post - approximately 3-7 days standard or 1-3 days express.

International delivery time with Australia Post - approximately 2-5 weeks standard or 1-3 weeks express.

International customers are responsible for any local taxes or import duties that may be payable on their order. 

 

Please note: occasionally there may be additional delays in transit, which are unfortunately outside our control. While we understand that you may be excited and anxious to receive your order, once a parcel has been shipped, we no longer have control over it. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order,

please contact Australia Post directly for tracking information and delivery updates.

$15 for standard post | $25 for express post | FREE Express post for orders over $300

INTERNATIONAL WEIGHT-BASED FLAT RATES

International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight of your order. Please check the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct when you order. We do not take responsibility for parcels that may get lost because the address we were given was incorrect. Nor do we take responsibility for parcels that do not get collected at the destination post office and then get returned to us. In this case, the customer will need to pay return shipping fees to have the parcel resent.

Returns & Refunds

As many of our crystals are naturally formed, it is normal for the stone to have minor flaws, marks and chips in it. For this reason, we do not give refunds for crystals that exhibit these perfectly natural and unique features.

However, if you do not connect with your Crystal & Co piece, then we will be happy to exchange it or issue a store credit for the same value. The item must be returned to us via tracked post within 7 days and must be undamaged and in its original box. All return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

If your order arrives damaged or broken, then please contact us within 2 days with photos of the damaged item. We will be happy to replace your broken piece for an item of the same value, or issue you with

a store credit.
